Tessa Thomas is a data science student at Boston University with a passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning. Currently in her sophomore year, she is developing expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualization, with a focus on AI applications for pattern recognition, predictive analytics, and automation.

As an AI Solutions Engineer at Intelligence Assist, Tessa explores emerging AI technologies and their business applications, identifying and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and automation. Her role involves evaluating AI-powered tools, analyzing their potential impact, and tailoring them to meet specific business needs. Through hands-on projects, she is deepening her understanding of AI’s real-world applications and how it can drive meaningful improvements across industries. She was drawn to Intelligence Assist for its focus on bridging the gap between AI theory and real-world implementation. The opportunity to work on practical AI adoption, experiment with automation, and contribute to impactful solutions allows her to refine her technical skills while gaining valuable industry experience.

Currently studying abroad in Sydney, Australia, Tessa is broadening her global perspective on technology and innovation. Beyond academics, she has been a pianist for nine years and enjoys badminton, tennis, and exploring new music and literature. She is passionate about leveraging AI to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful value across industries.
