Our Team

Ben Bucaj is a computer science and political science student with a deep interest in how artificial intelligence can be shaped into meaningful, user-centric products. Currently pursuing his Bachelor of Arts at Boston University, Ben’s background blends a technical foundation with a human-centered perspective. Studying Computer Science has trained him to think systematically about features and data, while Political Science has taught him to understand how people, systems, and incentives interact. This combination, paired with his background in product management, allows him to approach technology with both analytical precision and social awareness. 

At Intelligence Assist, Ben focuses on product strategy, service design, and value packaging to help translate AI services into clear, scalable offerings that can be delivered as products. His work explores subscription-based models that align with Intelligence Assist’s “Service as a Product” vision, contributing to initiatives that enhance business scalability, usability, and long-term client value. By combining strategic insight with a strong understanding of user needs, he supports the development of AI solutions that are practical, sustainable, and impactful. 

Originally from New York and currently based in Sydney for his internship, Ben is driven by curiosity and a global perspective. He is eager to contribute to the growth of Intelligence Assist while gaining hands-on experience in transforming complex AI capabilities into accessible, high-impact products. His adaptability, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit make him a strong addition to the Intelligence Assist team.
