Casper Jacobs is a curious and versatile professional with a strong foundation in both technical and business operations. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Twente and the University of Groningen, respectively. His studies equipped him with a broad skill set across systems thinking, process optimisation, and organisational strategy, while also strengthening his communication and collaboration skills through extensive project-based learning.

Originally from the Netherlands, Casper recently moved to Sydney to experience life in a different culture and environment. His global outlook was shaped early on through a study tour to Singapore, where he and a team of peers explored how technological innovation impacts sustainability in business by interviewing companies across sectors. With a natural curiosity for emerging technologies, Casper developed a passion for artificial intelligence during a minor in Big Data and AI in Biomedicine. That interest has continued to grow and aligns closely with the work of Intelligence Assist.

At Intelligence Assist, Casper supports the team across a wide range of functions as an AI Operations Associate. His adaptability, organisation, and systems perspective make him a valuable all-rounder within the business, helping to keep things running efficiently behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Casper makes the most of Sydney’s beaches and surf culture, which is one of the key reasons behind his move. He’s an avid field hockey player, having played for many years, and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, where cooking serves as both a creative outlet and a way to unwind. His blend of curiosity, structure, and enthusiasm makes him a grounded yet dynamic presence at Intelligence Assist.
