James Treleaven is an analytical and curious professional passionate about the intersection of technology, mathematics, and security. James holds a Bachelor of Advanced Computing (Honours) and Science from the Australian National University, specialising in advanced mathematics, computer systems, and architecture. Throughout his studies, he developed a strong technical foundation and a fascination with how complex systems operate and interact.

Motivated by a deep curiosity about digital resilience, James has cultivated a strong interest in cyber security, particularly in identifying vulnerabilities and exploits within computer systems. His analytical mindset also extends to the stochastic modelling of financial markets, where mathematics and probability meet real-world dynamics.

At present, James is exploring the evolving relationship between Security and Artificial Intelligence (AI). He is particularly interested in understanding how AI can be used to strengthen security frameworks while also examining the risks it introduces. This pursuit reflects his passion for innovative problem-solving and his commitment to contributing to the ethical advancement of intelligent security technologies.

Outside his professional and research interests, James enjoys expanding his knowledge of emerging technologies and staying engaged with the ever-changing digital landscape.
